Aim of the Program:

Spectro offers a beneficial understanding and hands-on practice on Agilent HPLC Binary-1200 Series, 1200 Infinite series, HPLC Binary with Fluorescence detector (RF 10 AXL, Shimadzu) and HPLC Isocratic with UV-VIS detector (LC-10 ATVPS, Shimadzu) that will help the trainee to become a part of various industries. The training intensifies the knowledge of a trainee to make him capable for applying modern practices of HPLC. The awareness for making a selection of relevant instrumentation and columns, interpreting and troubleshooting the chromatograms is imparted.

Minimum Eligibility Required The trainee must hold a Diploma or Graduation Degree in Science field or must be pursuing the same.

Training Module for 6 Days

Day 1
Introduction to basic principles of chromatography, several HPLC detectors with their applications, columns, binary and isocratic gradients, mobile phases, polarity and retention time.
Day 2
Function of UV-Vis detectors and Fluorescence detectors, their working, calibration and applications.
Day 3
Preparing test solutions, Mobile Phase, Setup method for HPLC, Data acquisition software.
Day 4
Software Quantization, Integration and Report Generation.
Day 5
Method development, optimization of various chromatographic parameters.
Day 6
Understanding specific applications, prevention, care, maintenance and trouble shooting.
