Spectro undertakes stage wise inspections of various process equipment like Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc. made of various materials like High Alloy Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Exotic materials like Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Incoly etc. The Inspections are carried out as per various international and national codes such as ASME, BS, DIN, BIS etc.

Spectro undertakes Third Party Inspections anywhere in India including final inspection for proprietary equipments, export consignments, packaged units, engineering components.

Inspections are carried out according to buyer's specifications. Proprietary equipments like Boilers, Compressors, Pumps etc. are tested for Final Performance Test and Material Test Document verification as per relevant codes and order specifications.

Our scope includes

	Checking of Quality Assurance Plan of contractors/ vendors and making suggestions if necessary and approval to final acceptance of quality.
	To ensure that contractors / vendors carry out work in accordance with their respective quality assurance programme.
	Undertake inspection and witness such tests, which are required to ensure that all equipments and materials procured confirm to the specifications and relevant codes and standards as per approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
	Inspection of material, plant equipment and structures at vendors works before dispatch.
	Inspection of received material at site to assess to start landing, damages and recommend replacement measures.
	Stages / routine inspection as well as final inspection based on following codes e.g. ASME, BS, DIN, IS and other relevant codes / standards.
	Testing of material as per approved QAP.
	Issue of routine inspection memo.
	Checking of compliance report, if any.
	Issue of final acceptance certificate.

For quality acceptance we have our own NABL (ISO 17025 certified ) reliable and approved laboratory for material testing as well as highly motivated and dedicated trained section of NDT Personnel, having highest safety training to carry out jobs of international safety standards.

EXPEDITING

SPECTRO offers the expediting services of post order / LOI of vendors and includes:

	Interaction with purchaser.
	Study and scrutiny of vendor’s manufacturing schedule.
	Obtain and review of vendor’s manufacturing schedule.
	Monitor vendor’s progress and organize review meeting with vendors whenever necessary.
	Expedite with vendors for submission of drawing/documents/spare parts lists etc.
	Compilation of items, sub vendors and delivery based on vendors report.
	Reporting / co-ordination between purchaser and vendor.
	Expediting of dispatch based on inspection clearance and as per P.O.
	Preparation of monthly progress reports based on the reports of progress of work by vendors.
